Q: What are promotional products?

A: Promotional products are any items imprinted with a logo or message. From pens to t-shirts, caps and fleece jackets and more, promotional products drive your message home and leave a lasting impression.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A:8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Pacific Time; Monday thru Friday

Q: what is the production time on most products?

A:It varies by product. Ask your consultant about the exact product in which you are interested to get a better determination. The “average” production time usually runs between 7-10 working days. Holidays and weekends are not considered working days.

Q: What do the listed prices include?

A:Unless stated otherwise, the prices include a 1-color imprint. If you are interested in a multi-color imprint, please ask your representative for any additional charges involved.

Q: Does the price include shipping?

A: No, the cost of shipping is additional. All of our products are shipped FOB from their respective manufacturers in the United States. The shipping costs involved vary depending on the time frame you need delivery of your order and the level of service you choose. We ship FED EX or UPS in the most economical way to meet your in hands date.

Q: How do I get my artwork to you?

A: You may email your artwork to sales@stellarspecialties.com directly. If you cannot email your art, please call us to discuss alternate options to send your art to us.

Q: What is camera ready artwork?

A: Camera ready artwork is artwork that can be scanned without further preparation or changes. To qualify as true camera-ready art the following criteria must be met:

  • Sharp, flat, black & white art produced on glossy photographic paper. All graphics, logos, etc. and typeset must be included.
  •  Totally clean (no spots, stains, etc.)
  •  Color separated and properly registered if multicolor.
  •  Camera ready is NOT faxed copy, letterhead, business card, photocopies, hand sketches, imprinted merchandise, or any other artwork which needs touch ups, color separations, or that which is made of one color.
  •  NO GIF, JPG, CGM, BMP WMF, DOC, OR PICT FILES ARE RECOMMENDED. These files are low resolution and do not make for quality imprints.

Q: What is a set up/screen charge?

A: It is the manufacturer’s cost of producing the screen to which the ink is applied for imprinting the product.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Our policy stipulates that all first time orders are prepaid by company check, credit card, or cashier’s check until credit terms are established. We will be happy to set up a corporate account for you. Please email info@stellarspecialties.com for a credit application. Credit review typically takes 3 days and production will not begin on orders until the review process is complete. If your order is urgent, please use a credit card or call us to make other arrangements.

Q: Do you carry products other than those featured on your website or in your catalogs?
